Scheduling online is easy, just click on a location and then a service and the available appointments will be shown to you. Please note my Oakland studio has 1 step to get into the building. The Berkeley location is wheelchair accessible.
This is a scent-free practice. If possible do not put product in your hair that is scented or wear cologne. It helps keep the space scent-free for the next client.
My Oakland office is located in East Oakland not far from the Edwards exit on 580. If you book an appointment in the Oakland space, the address will be sent to you in your appointment confirmation email. This location is not accessible by public transportation. It also has one step up into the unit.
My Berkeley office is located at the Berkeley Acupuncture Project. 1834 University Avenue Berkeley, CA 94703
There is 2 hour metered street parking 1 block up and also around the corner from University. The parking on the block of BAP is 1 hour, so please do not park there unless it’s Sunday or you have a disability placard. If you’re driving, please leave a little extra time for parking. This location is wheelchair accessible.
We understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. In our desire to be effective and fair to all clients, the following policies are honored:
24 hour advance notice is required when cancelling an appointment. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment. If you are unable to give us 24 hours advance notice you will be charged the full amount of your appointment. This amount must be paid prior to your next scheduled appointment.
Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment for whatever reason will be considered a “no-show.” They will be charged for their “missed” appointment.
If you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Depending upon how late you arrive, your therapist will then determine if there is enough time remaining to start a treatment. Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you will be responsible for the “full” session. Out of respect and consideration to your therapist and other customers, please plan accordingly and be on time.
I look forward to serving you!
