I’ve learned a lot about the body in my 7 years of practicing bodywork. But I had only been taught that pain is related to issues in the tissues and was never taught the link between the brain, nervous system and the experience of chronic pain. I had an overnight experience with chronic pain relief that changed my mind about pain and that changed the way I worked forever.
I’ve taken this work online and developed an 8 week individual pain recovery program after studying with leaders in the field like Dr. Howard Schubiner, Charlie Merrill, PT, and the Psychophysiological Disorders Association with Dr. David Clarke.
It’s my goal to continue to serve my clients and I can think of no better way then to share what I’ve learned with you and help you change your pain experience.
